A local event to bring light to food insecurities and to raise money for the food shelves and other food-related programs in the Douglas County Area.
AAHS students in Kelly Hilbrands’ Civic Service & Engagement and students In Nathan Knick’s Pottery & Sculpture class work together on this annual event. All proceeds support Outreach Food Shelf, AAHS and DMS food shelves, and the United Way Backpack program. Live entertainment, silent auction, and art exhibit with horsehair pottery.
